Horticulture en anglais seulement - Horticulture and Garden Center Operations

In August 2017, the Listuguj RAEC will offer students the opportunity to earn their Diploma in Vocational Studies (DVS or DEP) in Horticulture and Garden Centre Operations.  Through a partnership with the New Frontiers School Board, the full Horticulture DVS (#5788 - 1350 hours) will be offered in Lisutugj.  Learn Horticulture in a First Nations community, taught by qualified First Nations teachers, surrounded by your peers from communities across the province.

Admission Requirements:
  1. All students are welcome. Priority will be given to First Nations students.
  2. Students must have completed Secondary IV (grade 10) high school in the youth sector, or have a high school diploma or equivalent, or students who are over 18 may apply with a GDT or GED with a completed Secondary III (grade 9) English course.
  3. Students may contact their local employment and training center to see if they are eligible for funding.
